FAQ

Common questions

Is judicial sale data really public?

Yes. Sheriff sales, master commissioner sales, tax sales, and foreclosure auctions are public record. The challenge is that every county publishes them differently — newspapers, PDFs, court websites, courthouse bulletin boards. REIntel pulls and standardizes them in one place.

How fresh is the data?

Most county scrapers run every morning before 8 a.m. local. Firm-listing scrapers and HUD HomeStore refresh daily. The 'last updated' timestamp appears on every page so you always know how stale a record is.

Which states do you cover today?

We're live across multiple states today, with new states added regularly. Kentucky, Florida, and Texas carry the deepest coverage today. Local auctions, HUD, and REO listings cover the entire U.S. Use the Coverage menu in the header to see what's live right now — we expand county-by-county based on user demand.

Do I need a real estate license to use this?

No. REIntel is an information service. Anyone bidding at a public sale should still follow their state's rules (e.g., earnest money, recording deeds), but you don't need a license to research properties or attend an auction.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time from your billing page — no email required.

Do you have a CSV export?

Yes — every plan includes CSV export from any list or county page.
